Mary was prompt and professional, and so far, it appears she is proficient with filing my taxes. I was somewhat upset, however, when Mary basically hijacked a speaker-phone conversation I was having with a TD Bank representative when endeavoring to sort out an issue regarding documentation required to complete the tax-filing process. Mary called me "a very literal person" and seemed to think I needed help interpreting what the TD Bank rep had told me, and how I should respond to what I'd been told me.
