Within 10 minutes of my arrival Dr. Craven saw and treated me. I left there very happy with the treatment he provided. “I had a fantastic time that I spent in the Holyoke Mall dental! I was very nervous because I haven't been to a dentist in a long time. But right when I walked in the office, the girls at the desk were so helpful and kind, that I started feeling more comfortable! Dr Khanna and his associate, did a job that I never thought could be done! I have not had bottom dentures for quite a few years. Three different dentists said that there was nothing that could be done, and that I have no more bone left there. So when I was brought into the office, Dr. Khanna,s assistant was listening to my story about my experiences with those other dentists. And I was really just going to get whiter dentures for the top. So when Dr. Khanna automatically put the mold in my mouth, he put it on my bottom gums. I couldn't talk right away because that stuff was in my mouth, but right after he took it out I said why are you doing the bottom? And he told me for dentures!! I could not believe it! I almost even cried, because I was thinking wow now I can eat nuts and a good steak among other things! It's been so long like I said, that I do have to go back in and have to him file down one area! I love my teeth so much! I almost in a way wish I had real teeth, because then I could keep on seeing all these wonderful people in that office! I almost felt like it was family! Great job to all that helped me! Maybe I'll come down to visit though sometime! Lol“

“So I needed an emergency extraction. A tooth cracked on a Saturday. No one would take me except Family Dental. There was a line but I don't care. I would rather wait in a line and know I'll be seen. It would of really sucked to wait until Monday. The dentist was very professional and did am excellent job. I'm very happy with this place because I could of been really out of luck if they didn't see me.“
