I had my first appointment that I've waited for over a year at Baystate primary care. I saw Nicole Clemente who is a PA. She was phenomenal. It was worth a year's wait to get the exceptional care I received today by Nicole. She was very thorough, and answered any questions I had. This was the first time in about 13 years that I actually felt like I was cared for properly by a medical professional! Keep up the amazing work, Nicole! If you are looking for a new medical professional, I highly recommend Nicole Clemente!!!

I'm honestly exhausted with Baystate. I've been ghosted for months. No answers to my questions or replies since September. I was supposed to have a couple referrals, medication trial and feedback, etc. and I can't get a response back via portal or call back. Just tired of having to continue to reach out time and time again for nothing.If you get to go in office the care is good, but it's just getting to that point that's exhausting.

Dianne Lavoie was absolutely fantastic! She listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I didn't feel rushed at all. She took the time to go over everything. I highly recommend her, she is kind, compassionate and empathic. So happy with her!
