The front desk woman was super snappish to me when I arrived early and had new insurance to add to my existing. Then she never checked me in, so I waited and finally asked what the delay was only to. find out she never checked me in. She never apologized either. My eye doctor made sure to get me out fast but as someone whose gone there for a very long time it left a bad feeling in my mouth.
The worst experience of my life! Do not go here Karin Underkoffler, DO Optometrist was so unprofessional, dismissive, rude and uncaring. I felt rushed she told me I have something serious and didn’t explain what it was and told me to go see my old eye care provider.
DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT Absolutely the worst experience of my life! This Optometrist should not have a license she was the most unprofessional physician I have ever seen and I never write reviews. She was dismissive and rude. Do not waste your time seeing this awful provider.
