I called ahead and made an appointment for my elderly mother to have her fingernails and toenails cut down after we found out her old salon had changed hands and is temporarily closed. When my mother sat in the pedicure station to do her toes, the nail tech respectfully asked us if we wanted to do a pedicure instead of just a trim, and politely pointed out some dead skin on my mother's feet. The old salon I had been bringing her to never mentioned this to us or suggested the full pedicure. The tech at Nails 2000 even noticed a callous on the bottom of one of her feet and pointed it out to me so I can keep an eye on it. I’ve been on the search for a new nail place since my go-to one closed. I walked-in with no appointment and was tended to right away by the owner. She was extremely nice, personable, friendly and we ended up chatting for my entire appointment! It’s safe to say I have found my new nail salon and will definitely be going back as well as recommending it to everyone. My nails came out great and were a reasonable price. I had a great experience and it was a highlight of my day, I look forward to going back.

I’m never right review but this time I feel like I have to because I’m really disappointed. I went here to do my nails with Lily on 6/19, and on 6/25 2 of my nails came off plus some of the stones. I am extremely upset because I pay 125 for these nails which I have never paid that much. Never again.Services: Gel manicure
