My family has received PT services from 2 other local agencies and CMPT has been the best by far. The front office is extremely attentive, friendly and informative. They work with you to find days and times that are convenient and offer reminders for appointments. My family has worked with Connor and TJ. They were excellent! They spent time listening to our goals and designed exercise programs, both short-term and long-term, that helped us reach them. I highly recommend CMPT!

After having struggled and failed on my own to improve a constellation of issues involving my foot, ankle, and knee, I spent much of 2023 working with Mike Racette at CMPT in Westborough. From hands-on work to a carefully designed and frequently updated home exercise plan, Mike found ways to get my pain under control and showed me how to build strength to protect my vulnerable spots. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had at central mass. Honestly, both of my children went to PT someplace else and the difference in how much more attention the therapists at CMPT is notable. They were also able to provide things like tissue massage and needling that were SO helpful for what I was dealing with. If I have any PT needs in the figure, I’m calling them back!
