I called Michael with an emergency water leak and he was there within a couple of hours. I was out of town and the only person there was my wife, who was home sick. He came and fixed the problem in no time and charged us a fair amount. Very very positive experience from first call to the completion of the work. We needed a non-working toilet replaced at a rental house - big, messy job. Michael managed to fit it into his busy schedule, and when he got there on time the tenant wasn't there! He did make the effort to go back out when the tenant was available and worked at it until he got the job done. It was a huge commitment and he followed through with it, and charged a fair price as well. He's definitely the person to call if you need something fixed right.
