Mary and Joe Roy are absolutely wonderful to work with. We did a major renovation of our house, and we used the Floor Store for all of our flooring and tiling work, including this custom kitchen backsplash shown in the picture that came out so wonderfully. We highly recommend the Floor Store with no reservations.

This is a friendly competent local merchant that everyone in Berkshire and Columbia Counties should be dealing with. My wife and I planned to remodel one of our bathrooms starting in April of 2020. This project was put on hold for more than a year because of the pandemic. However, the project has just been completed. Joe Roy, and his wife Mary, were great about rescheduling our new shower and floor tiling. Their installer, who did the on-site work, always arrived promptly, was easy to deal with, and did an outstanding job. The Floor Store in West Stockbridge is the best!Joe, Jr. and Mary spent hours with me helping me find just the right pattern, texture and color of carpet for my front steps runner. We looked at hundreds of samples and boards, and yet their patience never waned! Their prices are competitive, in fact, even lower than several of their local competitors. Their installer was quick, meticulous and efficient as well, installing the carpet with a minimum of disruption. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are looking for flooring materials!!!
