“Before joining One on One, I was making an effort to better myself with exercise and tracking my food by following online videos and apps. While I did learn some tips and lose some weight over a year-long period, the progress was slow, and I often felt my strength training lacked direction. I wasn’t sure how to get better, and just followed repetitive motions hoping to get results.When I got more serious about wanting to see a bigger change, I reached out to Pete at One on One, and he set me up with trainer Brian. The transformation I have seen in my overall strength and physique in about 2 months has blown my mind, and I feel incredible! Brian sets me up with workouts that are custom for me and structured to hit different muscles on different days. He reviews the proper form of each movement, and explains how certain exercises will build towards my goals that we discussed.The studio space itself is set up to be very personal. There are a variety of spaces where I can train with Brian, or on my own, and feel like I have my own space even if other training sessions are happening in the other rooms.
