Very pleased. I wish I got the gentleman 's name who cut my hair. ( Riverdale Road Shops, West Springfield, Mass). My haircut was three months overdue. He had some good suggestions and I was very pleased with them. Find out his name and give him a raise. He is great at customer service!

Stylist: ASHLEY & KATIE ARE BOTH GREAT! I GET MY HAIR WASHED ONCE A WEEKS AS ITS SO LONG AND THICK. EVEN WHEN ITS SUPER BUSY, I ALWAYS GET ONE OR OTHER TO WASH & CUT HAIR WHEN NEEDED. ITS A VERY COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING WHEN YOUR STYLIST ASKS ABOUT YOUR FAMILY AND HOW EVERYONE IS DOING.
