Richard is a lifelong family friend and cut my hair before I was old enough to shave. I consider him like one of my uncles. That being said, meticulous in detail and he listens to what you'd like the end result to be. I have been gone from West Springfield since marrying in June 1982, but I always make sure to at least stop in and say hello when visiting family.
