“Friday night there was two inches of water in both kitchen sinks. Saturday morning, on Labor Day weekend, that had increased to four and a half inches!
My regular plumber works only during standard business hours, I found to my dismay. The young man from Roto Rooter was a fine young gentleman and he did a good job removing the clog in less than one hour. Then I found that the charge for that hour's work was $652! I do understand that the service was during a major holiday weekend, but $652 for less than one hour using an electrified 'snake' to clear a simply clogged drain is more than exorbitant...it's almost robbery!“

“I had a break in my line around Christmas. They were great came out the same day I called and helped me deal with the insurance company. I live on a hill making the job more difficult because of house stairs, retaining wall, and my gas line crossed over the pipe. They were able to dig out the broken section, replace it, put in a clean out and back fill without any issues. I got home from work and couldn't even tell they were there other than the disturbed bank. They do great work, are extremely fair with pricing, and fast. I will use them again without question if I ever need anymore help.“

“We were having problems with our septic tank, but we also had to hook up to the sewer. That morning we found water in the basement. So we called them and that afternoon they were at my house, saw the mess we had and the next day they were back at the house and by that night the septic gone and we were hooked up to the sewer.
I would definitely call them If we ever have a problem we would call them again.
