I'm not usually one to post reviews, but my experience today necessitates one. I emailed goodless this morning with a small issue in our home (just needed a breaker replaced). here's what i liked about them: 1) timely customer service: we had a response within 5 minutes of sending the email. 5 minutes is basically UNHEARD OF!!! I expected it to be a couple days at minimum! nope! I LOVED the speedy response 2) the customer service representative was WONDERFUL!: i wish id caught her name. She was so patient while I fumbled to find the amperage of the breaker and just had a delightful tone the whole time. talk about service with a smile! 3) i expected to hear "we'll be there in a few days": nope! she said they could send someone out TODAY! but if that didnt work for me they could wait until tomorrow. I felt like my time mattered to them! 4) I asked for a quote of what it should be. they were honest and said they cant give me an exact number but gave me a ballpark of what to expect. beautiful!!! 5) they gave us a window of time AND ACTUALLY STUCK TO IT!!! they also gave us a half an hour heads up that theyd be arriving soon! 6) the electrician was very kind and explained everything he was doing as it was done! 7) the pricing was VERY reasonable! I will HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in need of an electrician! they will be our go-to from now on!!
