“I knew nothing about them. My usual Appliance Repair people noted that there was an LED light failure in my KitchenAid refrigerator freezer. I can’t even begin to tell you how annoyed I am at KitchenAid that I have a registered piece of their equipment that they know is faulty and yet I had to be told to get in touch with them to get the covered repair. Unbelievably bad business on their part.

However, Advantage was just wonderful! Though Whirlpool/KitchenAid (which has the WRONG contact number on their paperwork—- you need to contact the large appliance number)had said that they wouldn’t get in touch with me all that quickly but Advantage called me within an hour or two. Whoever I spoke to in the office (there were several calls) was invariably polite. They had sent me a notification , including who was coming, though that changed. However, André showed up and was incredibly fast, funny, informative, polite, and neat. I think it took him all of 20 minutes to do the complete replacement. I’m VERY pleased and if you’re up that way, I would certainly recommend them wholeheartedly!! A real class act operation!“

They arrived on time, were very knowledgable with my refrigerator and able to fix the issue on the spot.I referred them to a friend who had a lingering issue with their old dishwasher and they were able to help them as well with great service.Their price is competative but they offer excellent value and stand by their work and offered to come back if there is a further issue. “This place is great! I got a refurbished second hand washer and dryer about 4 years ago from these guys.. the owner delivered and set them up for no additional charge and they have run perfectly! Just recently I ran into a problem with the dryer belt breaking so I called the owner-not only did he remember me but he gave me a very very fair price to come fix it- and he came to fix it asap! I highly recommend this business if you are in need of a new washer or dryer- or if you simply need some repairs! The Best!“
