I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. After repeated service calls from the appliance dealer where we bought our washing machine (that did not fix our washer) I called Maytag directly and they hooked us up with Advanced. Advanced came out the next day and fixed our washing machine which had not been working properly for 9 months. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. 100 ⭐️’s
I knew nothing about them. My usual Appliance Repair people noted that there was an LED light failure in my KitchenAid refrigerator freezer. I can’t even begin to tell you how annoyed I am at KitchenAid that I have a registered piece of their equipment that they know is faulty and yet I had to be told to get in touch with them to get the covered repair. Unbelievably bad business on their part.
However, Advantage was just wonderful! Though Whirlpool/KitchenAid (which has the WRONG contact number on their paperwork—- you need to contact the large appliance number)had said that they wouldn’t get in touch with me all that quickly but Advantage called... read full review
I placed a claim with the warranty company, which directed me to Advantage Appliance Repair Inc. I had never worked with Advantage Appliance Repair Inc., and I am very impressed with their service, professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. Especially laudable is their "track a technician" online service, which helps to minimize the amount of customer time on the repair. Jeremy, the technician, clearly knows his stuff and efficiently resolved our problem - the first visit to assess and patch up the problem, and the second visit to install replacement parts and restore functionality to 100%.
