“I am just shy of 75 years old and a local in the neighborhood for 43 years. I have tried many nail salons; all poorly run, rude staff, dirty facilities, bad polish job, etc.

Today I found Obsession in West Roxbury. LAN did the best mani pedi I have ever had. I watched the others wash down pedicure chairs, foot tubs, carts, etc. as closing approached. Very impressive. My hands & feet are a mess and my mani pedi may have taken longer than expected. I never felt rushed. My hands & feet never looked this good, the massages on both were spot on, the polish is smooth and neat. I am so impressed. I am going only to Obsession going forward and scheduling my appointments only with LAN. Scheduling ahead is mandatory. Obsession is not open Tuesdays. As for the haircut, I was skeptical at first when I left the salon and when I got home. But after a few days I came to the realization that Amad did me a great service.
