Jess is amazing. Truly a healer and good human. She really knows her stuff! Very caring and I always walk out after a treatment feeling wonderful with more clarity. She helps me mentally and with my physical and health issues, too.

Jess truly is a gifted practitioner of both acupuncture and tuina massage. I came to her with a rotator cuff tear that was creating pain and imbalance. After 12 sessions of physical therapy I still was feeling persistent discomfort. Jess applied the tuina massage technique and through the skillfully applied pressure, I felt a physical release and loosening unlike anything I have ever experienced. Jess also picked up on a structural trait (never identified by the physical therapists) that could be contributing to my degenerating rotator cuff. I have been working with Jess for about 3 months. I am not at 100% yet, but the severity of my pain has decreased significantly. Also, my pain is not as frequent as it was. Jess is gentle and kind. I look forward to my visits and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking treatment.
