“Lucy is a very sweet and diligent worker. She arrives promptly and works quietly and respectfully. Her vacuum makes almost no noise and she is gentle with the furniture and the woodwork. She never breaks things; she treats everything with great respect. She and her colleague wear plastic coverings on their shoes to keep everything clean. She is very kind and easy to communicate with and she’s extremely reliable. Best of all the house looks and smells clean and fresh. The quality I respect the most is her honesty and integrity.
