He takes care of all our plumbing and heating repsirs.A personal side note: in this age of plastic "PEX" plumbing, I continue to prefer copper. There's something reassuring about it and a beauty in it. Although often hidden, Rick's copper work is neat and quite honestly a pleasure to look at.“

“New to the area, we found Aqua on google. we didn’t install the system ourselves and we wanted to know what we were dealing with. Doug and his team helped us with a variety of needs including servicing / cleaning, repair of corroded line sets, clean up poor installation and drywall patch. Doug was very helpful in explaining the issues as it was a large expense. When the tech Tyler left, the system was in tip top shape. We used the system and discovered one of the units wasn’t draining properly. Emailed Doug in the evening and by the time I called the office the next morning they already had a tech on the way out. He quickly repaired the issue - yet another present from the prior owner installation. “We turned our heat on for the first time this season to find that our wireless thermostats were reading "no signal". I contacted EF Winslow right away as they were the ones who installed them just a little over 3 yrs ago. I'll admit it took some time to get someone there but that's because they are THAT good. Their schedule was booked but they came as soon as they could. They were courteous and professional. They assessed the situation and trouble shot it with several different people from different departments until the problem was found. I commend them for that, not everyone would have taken that much time when they could have just told me to replace everything.
