“Absolutely love this spa!! Live in Falmouth and been going for years!! If I could give this spa 6 stars I would. Super customer service!! The massage therapist Trish and the lady Renee that did me and my friends nails went above and beyond!!. The lady at the desk super nice as well!! And the prices can't be beat . The name fits the place perfectly. My friend and I left glowing and renewed. They treated us like royalty. Also I have had alopecia for long time and feel so self-conscious about taking my wig off to get a massage. But Trish the massage therapist was so understanding and made me feel comfrerbal and safe enough to take it off so she could fix my horrible neck pain. “Lisa is nothing short of a damn magician. I have long curly, thick hair that had been hacked while at another salon. In tears, I showed up to see Lisa who was recommended by a friend. I have no idea how she fixed it (fairy dust? magic? angels?) but I wanted to pick her up and spin her around (but didn't want to frighten her and get barred from the salon). If she were to move to another country, I would have no choice but to follow her.“

“Arnelle cut my mom's hair. She was patient, kind and extraordinarily sweet my to 90 yr old mother. My mom's hair is very thick and wavy and she gave her a fabulous cut. This salon is clean, friendly and very professional. Don't hesitate to make an appointment.“

The massage was one of the best I ever had. It was more than a massage it was a body and mind experience with warm towels, scrubs and aroma therapy.

“I received an amazing facial + dermaplane from Elizabeth, the spa owner. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure you leave educated on the treatments provided and how to best take care of your skin. She believes in complete skin health and is dedicated to transforming skin. There is no challenge too difficult for her! Highly recommend!! Her facility was also just COMPLETELY renovated after an electrical fire took her business of 29 years completely out last summer (2022). Same location, brand new everything!!“

Had my very first facial ever and Ms. Kim was perfection! She explained the process in detail and ensured that I was comfortable. It was very cozy and her hands are so soft and gentle. I also didn't expect that the facial included shoulder/arm and leg/feet massage. I didn't want the session to be over as I felt so relaxed and refreshed! The experience overall was immaculate! She also does my daughter's waxing - my daughter loves her pain-free sessions with Ms. Kim!

They always check in with me about the color and offer to change it if I don’t like it once a few nails are done. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the cleanliness of this spot!
