“What can I say, Tay works magic! My hair had so much uneven color with a root base that was done way too dark ( from previous hairdresser). I was so nervous as I didn’t want my hair to get damaged but Tay reassured me and did so many extra steps to make sure my hair was protected and made my color result the best hair color I’ve had in a very long time!! Don’t hesitate with Tay she is one of the best out there and she gets brunettes!! She is definitely my go to from now on even though I love off cape. She is worth the trip!!“

“Being somewhat new to Cape Cod, I had not switched over to the Cape, my personal care services; ie; hair, facials and skin care products - but finally reached the point where going off-Cape was no longer efficient. I had seen a cut and style on someone I knew, who had great things to say about the Salon. Upon checking the Salon out, I also noticed many positive comments about both the Salon and the Spa as well. So, made my first hair appointment - and couldn't have been more pleased with both Jessica and Elizabeth. I also met Emily, the Esthetician at the Spa, who spent time sharing her expertise of the Salon's services and product line. I was very impressed! I followed up with my first appointment with her - and have to say, it was by far the most unique and most in depth Spa treatment that I had ever experienced and she stayed with me during the whole procedure (which was a first). My skin looked great - fresh and glowing. Emily is superb and very knowledgeable in what she does and very caring about her clients - she goes above and beyond. Facials with Emily will become a regular time of pampering for me - it was such a wonderful experience and, of course, is very good for the skin, health-wise.“

“Karen does my boyfriend and I’s brows, and she always does an amazing job! Best on the Cape. Glaucia does my hair and she’s so sweet and does an incredible job! They’re both mind readers! They get your vibe and know how to give you exactly what you ask for! Highly recommend going here if you’re new to the Cape, to save yourself the heart ache of going somewhere else. The facility is so clean, and well put together, and the receptionist is always super accommodating and nice. There’s a been a couple times when we were 5-10 minutes late because we drive there from Wellfleet, and traffic can be unpredictable, but she never makes us feel rushed or inconvenient. Really grateful they exist out on Cape Cod!“

“Decided to come here based on Google reviews that it was warm and welcoming and it was! They actually called me the morning of to give me a heads up that the lot was getting paved and where to park (barely a thirty second walk further) which was very gracious. Got introduced to various staff like a new guest and when I told Ralph he could do whatever he thought would be good for my hair (told him I just wanted it to be very different because it was boring), he took it upon himself to give me an incredible color and cut with a lot of attention. I went from mousey brown to highlighted gold and honestly my hair has never looked this good. Somehow he made it look natural, too, and not stripey. Got compliments just walking through the parking lot. Not at all pricey for the quality, either. Will be back!“

“This salon is amazing! I got my hair done and wanted to cover my previous color darker and also add a blonde money piece. I was not happy with the results of the hair and I’m normally the person to not complain or reach out when I’m unsatisfied in situations liked this. But it was expensive and disappointing. When I reached out to Susanna the owner she was very understanding and had me come back in to get it fixed for free. She didn’t charge me at all and also gave me a free haircut. I was beyond happy with the results.she gave me exactly what I asked for and even went above. Highly recommend coming here“

“I went to Newbury St Salon for the first time and it was such a wonderful experience. McKenna was my stylist and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She understood exactly what I wanted and helped me work out my style preferences. I got a haircut with long layers and it turned out great! My wash and blow dry was perfect too and I left feeling beautiful :) Would certainly reccomend!
