The cost was reasonable and the quality was superb. “We have been very happy with both the service and quality of work provided by SeaBreeze Home Construction. The owners, Amanda and Mitchel, are very thorough, fair and knowledgeable. After purchasing a home that needed lots of updating, we hired SeaBreeze to build a new deck which came out great. Mitchel discovered some rot in the existing house member requiring some replacement work. This was accomplished without impacting the schedule. The next project was a full bathroom renovation, which also came out great. We selected and purchased the fixtures and tile. Amanda and Mitchel did everything else, including subcontracting the electrical, plumbing and a minor amount of roofing for the vent fan. We've also had SeaBreeze replace some windows and the shingle siding around them. In all, we are very happy with SeaBreeze and have already asked them to quote some siding and flashing work around a chimney. We hope to continue doing business with them as needs arise.“

We had contractors lie, steal, and cheat us. One day Aleks came to our rock wall and skipped the stairs. This I later realized was significant. Climbed on down with authority and then we took a walk. I told her of all my whoes, anxieties and nightmares I had been dealing with. The guy who all his life had been trained to and thought he could foresee all the problems of a project with neck deep and drowning. She listened and said exactly the right things and I felt they came from the heart. She is kind, understanding, methodical, patient, sharp, organized, genuine and tactical. This is the 3rd rehab home my son and I have struggled through and I feel a great weight has been lifted. You would have to meet her to understand what I mean. “Our upstairs toilet backed up and flooded the second floor, kitchen, and dining room. Walls, ceiling, carpeting had to be ripped out and replaced. Emerson did the work to estimate (far lower than others we had gotten) and on time. Very courteous staff and crew. Could not be more pleased with the work!“

“Desmond Well Drilling was the only bright spot in a big unexpected project. We’ve had our house for about 5 years and had fully taken our well and running water for granted, when we started to lose water pressure. Desmond had their sticker on our tank so I thought that was a great place to start. It was about 4 o clock but I was expecting a machine, but a very pleasant helpful girl took all my info and pulled up the records for the property. It was all done in 2017 so hopefully it would just be something small! Michelle called the next day and scheduled a service call the next day when the guys were in the area.Tommy came out the next day and gently delivered the bad news! Basically our pump was junk, but also seized in the shaft. He presented our options and basically recommended a new well. He said they could fight with the pump to get it out and replace it for x dollars (and the well could still need to be replaced so it was a bit of a gamble). We elected to go ahead and replace the well, correctly once and for all.Having a toddler and no running water is not a fun place to be and I was terrified how long this may take. We gave the go ahead on Thursday and they worked really hard, got the emergency permit, digsafe, everything and started Monday! Michelle is really a force!!It was a seamless two day job thankfully and Tommy and crew were neat, polite and explained everything in a way we could understand. He even used some sticks to make a diagram for me to explain the way a well works!They came in a few hundred under their estimate, and were really really easygoing and reasonable to work with. Our well was about 130’ deep and it’s very rocky where we live so it was no easy feat. Didn’t question for a minute if we had the right company for the job.This job was as pleasant and painless as an unexpected loss of water and 10k+ bill can be! Thanks so much to the Desmond family and staff!!“
