Impressive! Marc truly stands out. Upon requesting a free estimate, the owner himself, Marc, promptly addressed multiple issues I was facing. From fixing a basement leak to repairing my leaking toilet and replacing the kitchen faucet, he demonstrated exceptional skill. When my toilet started making a whistling noise, a simple call brought him over the next day, promptly resolving the issue. Marc not only stands behind his work but also offers very reasonable prices (it's always a plus to discover someone you can rely on). Called Compass plumbing today and can’t say enough about their service, from the girl in the office who was pleasant, helpful and efficient to Mark ( owner ? ) who called back right away and came out and did a great job replacing my toilet took the old one cleaned up after and was very reasonable . I wish all the company’s I did business with were half as good. Thank you Compass for a Great job
I have worked with 4 great people from this company!Marc, the owner, is an awesome resource and has a wealth of knowledge. He is also one of the assistant plumbing inspectors for the town which means you know it will be done right from the beginning.Kate the office manager is super quick to respond to emails!I have also worked with Alex and Dean, both of which were highly professional, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves.They bring the value when it comes to getting the job done and were absolutely worth working with on my commercial job. I will be working with them again for a bathroom project at my house next!
