This was my second time getting physical therapy at this location. All of the therapists were knowledgeable and pleasant. I would not hesitate to come back if I need PT again. I will miss them putting me through my paces.
This is such a great place! Maura does so well with my son! She is so patient and really helps him and works with him (even on his stubborn days!) my son has become famous over at Baystate!!! He makes everyone laugh. Erin and Olivia are so great! They are always happy and so professional whenever I go to check in or have an issue with an appointment. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at Baystate, I wouldn’t send anyone anywhere else! I am so grateful for Maura really helping me and working with my little guy and helping him gain more strength and encouraging him every visit!
The people are very nice here, and I barely saw any of the workers here be mean. This place is the best, and the visitors are also very nice!!! This is one of the best places I've been.
