Since you are a well established business, with many years of experience, I understood when you discussed cost and that this sort of thing is to be expected when taking on a total revamping of an entire property, that is severely overgrown. I appreciate your professionalism in this matter, (which we discussed upon meeting,) is more rare in this day and age.

Even though cost wise I decided to go with another landscaper, as I felt that he was the best candidate to fit my needs at the present time. I wanted to make sure that all your future customers knew about your professionalism, and although I have no personal knowledge of your work, it appears that you do a wonderful and thorough job, as evident of your other glowing reviews and pictures from satisfied customers.

I enjoyed meeting you, and your lightheartedness throughout this situation, along with your truthfulness.

“My wife and I hired Brett and team to build our retaining wall. As you can see this was not a small undertaking. Our biggest fear going into this project was hiring the right company that would provide us with a quality wall on budget. We’ve all heard the stories of bad contractors. Brett & Matt were amazing. Everyday we woke up to the engines warming up because Brett & team where on site and already starting work. Any questions we had the entire team would stop and explain so we could better visualize the finished product. I didn’t like how the ground looked on the right side of the wall and asked Brett for ideas of what we should do. His answer already thought of that you’ll see the solution tomorrow. “I highly recommend Fitch Hill Landscaping. Brian did a fantastic job grinding 4 stumps that were located close to an irrigation system for me. He also spent a lot of time to ensure that he got all of the roots. At my request, Brian removed the chips, filled the area with topsoil and seeded it...it's only been a little over a week and the new grass looks fantastic! Brian also checked in several days after completing the work to ensure that I was happy with everything...old school customer service that is very much appreciated!“

“All Landscaping just finished two days of work at my house. I would hire them again, again, and again. Andy, Lou, and the team did an amazing job from beginning to end. They were quick and responsive, offered fair pricing, and kept me in the loop. I needed a significant amount of trees cut back and privacy shrubs that needed a good trim and had been ridden with bittersweet. They cut back all of the trees and made the shrubs look good as new.
