Joe is the ultimate professional. He was on time- listened to our needs, gave his advice, and gave us options. The work itself was perfect. There were small and dirty hiccups from the last electrician and Joe handled them all with grace and humility. He left a clean space and always kept us up-to-date. We will use his services again.

Our town (Waltham) had a huge power surge from Eversource yesterday, which knocked out the electricity in thousands of homes, started a few house fires, and ruined a lot of electronic devices. We had half our townhouse down and sparks shooting out of the breaker panel. Joe Cusano had been working at our neighbor's place and we asked him to look at our panel. Not only did he come right over to do that, he ended up staying until after 9 PM, replacing breakers, outlets, and installing a surge protector.
