We have all you can wash. Great for the winter getting all the salt and grime off. We use it every 2-3 days. In the summer it is ok, we use it once a week. Not as good as I can do it, but also doesn't take me 2 hours to complete either.

The monthly pass is nice until you need customer service, then no one but the manager can help you and he's never there. I got a new windshield and needed a new sticker for them to scan and no one could do it or cancel it after going back 4 times. I finally had to leave work to meet the manager during his special manager hours and get a new sticker but he was unable to issue a refund for the wash I was charged for the first time they were unable to scan my sticker. He told me to call their "corporate office" which is just some lady's voicemail promising a call back due to "high volume".The wash is average. Sometimes it leaves soap or doesn't... read full review
