I was referred to this tax preparation service by a colleague, Jun, and I’m very happy I took her recommendation. Frank’s direct, accurate, no nonsense approach got my taxes taken care of in under an hour and my refund direct deposited promptly as well. I will not be going back to HR Block or any tax prep franchise where they seemingly hire anyone with disappointing results bc my tax refund reflected it. This was my first year as a client of this tax preparation service and I will definitely be returning every year to file my tax returns. I was greeted with a friendly and courteous welcome as a walk in customer, and provided flexible scheduling options for my appointment. The service i received from the owner/accountant, Frank, was excellent. He is professional, noticeably very experienced, knowledgeable, and has a calm demeanor while he works to ensure an accurate result that’s in the best interest of his client. Highly recommended.
