Mr. Ostrom was efficient, effective, pleasant, and polite. Diagnosed the issue quickly, determining the system was low on Freon. Topped it off and we were back in business. So very appreciative of their ability to provide service when it seems no one was willing to unless they installed the system or we book weeks out.
Rick Tavano provided an estimate for replacing a defunct (no-longer-working) 25-year-old furnace and a/c condenser unit at my mother-in-law's home on Cape Cod. He has a depth of HVAC knowledge and experience and a keen eye for all aspects of the HVAC system's workings that he shares in a friendly and informative way. For example: We got three quotes from three reputable HVAC companies servicing the Cape. Of the three, only Rick called attention to the duct board ductwork in the basement--an alternative to sheet metal ductwork, installed 25 years ago, with a fiberglass interior that is prone to breaking down over time and dispersing into the air system, and also to mold,...read full review
Airsmart installed the Trane furnace and AC in November 2022 for us in Cotuit. The company did a great job. Their prices are very fair and they are highly professional. We had other contractors to give us quotes and they were terribly high. We highly recommend Airsmart.
