I had a fantastic experience with The Shade Store in Wellesley, MA. Karen, the design consultant, is a true pro. The depth of her experience and knowledge was so helpful as we designed the window treatments for our Living Room, Dining Room, Office and Primary Bedroom and Bathroom. She was a terrific sounding board, very approachable, listened to our needs/wants and offered excellent recommendations. I would absolutely recommend The Shade Store, and Karen in particular, to anyone looking for high quality and chic window treatments for any room!
I am thrilled with the Shade's Store products and service. The sales associate (Karen Edson) was incredibly helpful. She was very patient and detailed, helping me choose the perfect shades for my home. I chose six different treatments for my rooms so there was a lot to coordinate. I was equally thrilled with the process once I submitted my order. The communication from the Shade Store was superior - updating me along the way. The measuring and installing was seamless with highly trained employees. I particularly loved that the store handled the process from beginning to end.
