I have been seeing Kiley weekly for 18 months. She is very knowledgable and diligent in her approach to all of our stretching sessions. She gives extremely valuable advice based on her strong experiences in the fitness industry as well as her unique understanding of what works for each individual. Availability is generally good, although the popular slots do fill up, especially on weekends.First impressions on arrival were: professional, Covid safe, spacious, and inviting.
