Going into my junior prom, I had little to no makeup expertise and wanted to feel like my best self. Studio28 created the most welcoming environment and truly made me feel beautiful. Mackenzie is incredibly talented and did my hair and makeup, intricately weaving a hairpiece into my head and making sure both my hair and makeup lasted through the night. Not only that, she treated me like a friend, while also being professional, which helped me be less nervous for prom. I don’t know what I would have done without her. I received many compliments and would definitely return for my senior prom.
I am so happy to have worked with Danielle for my wedding! I was so nervous about having tons of makeup caked on and not feeling like myself, and she made me feel like a glowing princess!! She went above and beyond - keeping everyone calm and relaxed, going with the flow when timing shifted a bit, and just generally making us all feel great and like the best version of ourselves.
Danielle and MacKenzie were amazing teachers, helping me learn how to apply makeup and style my hair to achieve the ‘look’ I was interested in. They both are kind and patient, and offer encouragement and empowering feedback during lessons. I appreciate having videos of my lessons to replay, and product recommendations. I recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone looking for some professional guidance on make-up and hair. I will be back!
