Frank and Dale were wonderful! After not liking the first result of my hair, they were very accommodating in helping me change it to something else. I really appreciated their help and attention; they were very kind and competent!

Today I went to the salon for a cut and blowout with Jimmy CYR. It was my first time at the salon and I Ioved how open and airy it was. The atmosphere was relaxed and everyone was warm and welcoming. Jimmy listened and did exactly what I hoped for. A healthy trim and he spent quite a while making my hair perfectly smooth and straight. I will definitely be back to do my color next time. I also really liked the products that were used and the hair tools they had. I highly recommend giving this salon a try and especially Jimmy CYR!

I rarely write reviews but my experience at Salon 23 West was amazing! For the low price of $45 (which includes the first-time discount and student discount), I was given a trim and a tutorial over how to use the flat iron to curl my hair! I was also given complimentary tea and lots of cookies during my session. I would highly recommend going! And make sure to ask for Dana (my hair stylist for the day). He was such a sweetheart.
