“I met Joe Carnevale last winter when I intended to install a geothermal heat pump system. Joe recommended against it telling that an air to air had almost equal efficiency for half the cost. I spent the next few months analyzing cost, basement obstructions of pipes, pumps plus the heat pump. It took awhile. By spring I was ready to move forward with an air to air and got quotes from others including a local Mitsubishi Hyper Heat installer. Last, it was Joe's turn to come back and provide a quote. Joe is a true PRO! I liked his attitude almost as much as I liked his quote, almost $10K lower than a prior company for the same Mitsubishi equipment. “Had a major fail with a cracked main waste pipe (iron) from a 2nd floor bathroom. Called Needham Plumbing and Heating, Zack came, took a hard look at the situation and signed on for the repair! This was no easy fix, it involved cutting through the cast iron pipe and removing sections. All was encased behind a two story closed-in plumbing chase. He arranged for demo help as we had to remove the ceiling in a downstairs half bath. He upgraded the connections to the tub, re-set a toilet and made sure that everything was tight with no leaks! This was beyond exceptional work, done quickly with good communication and the repair will last another lifetime. Highest recommendation.“
