Very clean. Check-in was very pleasant and stylist was very helpful with color choice. I like the option of having a mani and pedi at the same time to save time, however the system is not not working well. This is the second time I've been and had to "climb over" the pedicure tub because it's broken and cannot be moved, which is tricky sitting down and harder getting up. The stylists are very nice - but they spent most of the time chatting with each other rather than talking to me. (No, I wasn't on my phone). Because I have automatic payment, I am now "checked out" before the service is complete, so any tips or gift cards must be presented... read full review
Ellen and Rose were wonderful with the pedi and mani. The salon is very clean, and the service from reception through check-out was professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend.
They were so kind. I have very sensitive toenails and the pedicurist was really nice and didn't hurt me. I haven't been to a pedicurist in about a year because I had a very bad experience at another place. They spoke to me by name and took their time. I will definitely go back. And everything was really clean.
