“Simon Haidar (Mr. Fix It) can do almost anything, and do it well. In 2019 he fixed the outside of my house - repaired cedar siding, sanded and stained the entire house, replaced six windows and a door, replaced multiple deck boards, sanded and stained that,, stabilized a leaning old garage, reroofed it, and replaced cracked old wooden shingles. This year he fixed the inside of the house to get ready for sale, demolishing a huge train layout, prepping and repainting multiple rooms, repairing wooden deck, buffing and polishing tile floors, replacing dog-chewed woodwork, patching drywall holes, replacing faulty recessed lights, etc., and clearing out the whole house. I believe he has a degree in mechanical engineering and brings a wealth of knowledge to his work. We had a leak at a skylight, and others had attempted in vain to fix it with caulk and even partial flashing and shingle replacement, but Simon was able to diagnose the problem as a small bent piece of metal from a tree fall and repair it for good!
