I love everything B/SPOKE has to offer. All of the classes have such amazing instructors, that bring such high energy. Whether you are going for a spin, yoga, or strength class; you always feel so refreshed and strong when you leave. I personally have gone to B/SPOKE as a way to help with my mental health. I absolutely love the classes here! The instructors are amazing, and I love the variety of Yoga, Strength and Yoga x Strength classes. The app makes it super easy to book classes, and I love that they provide mats for you.
