“The best around! This is a family-owned, small business with super easy parking, a solid selection of glasses to pick from, and the best customer service. They are so helpful and always looking to find ways to make your experience of getting an appointment, finding the right frames, and getting your glasses quickly as easy as possible. I just broke my glasses (dumbly and totally my fault) and they helped get me into a new set immediately. When Rachel thought they might not be able to help right away, she called around to other places to find someplace local that might be able to! “I had an excellent visit with Dr. Ding; he was complete and comprehensive in his examination of my vision and my eye health. As a result I was fitted with trial contact lenses; the first pair were not exactly to my liking so they immediately ordered a second brand to try. After trying these lenses I was very happy so they were quickly ordered for me. While I waited for this order to be received the office was also able to provide trial lenses which was extrememly helpful. This is quality customer service! Thank you Parrelli Optical!“

“I have Keratoconus and it can be pretty debilitating. I can't drive, I get headaches, etc. I went to a well known Optician with many locations in MA. I waited for 3 years (yes, years) for them to get me the right lenses through trial and error, and eventually gave up.

Dr. Rae Huang got me the first version of my lenses after one MONTH. We had to do minor adjustments since then, but nothing unexpected/out of the ordinary.

I am three months out from my first appointment with her and my life has completely changed for the better.“
