Some people shouldn't work in health care. This office is rude and unprofessional as soon as you walk in. Melissa said if you have an issue with your doctor then find another office because I don't think this is the right practice for you and then hung up on me. This place is a joke. They refuse to admit mistakes! Dr Kacprzak put me on a narcotic to help me sleep and then said 7 years later you need to start giving me urine samples because I haven't been doing it yearly. Then proceeds to argue with me about it during my visit and tells me I should understand because of the nature of my job. I spoke with other doctors to get a second opinion and they told me this is very unusual and they would never put me on a narcotic for 7 years. Then my medication refills never get put in the computer correctly. His nurse calls me back to refill my anti depressant to CVS and gives me the wrong dosage without verifying it with the doctor or the computer. This is very disturbing and irresponsible. I have all the evidence I need. Don't make the same mistake I did trusting intermed associates or this doctor.

I would not go elsewhere! Dr. Ishwara Sharma is professional and knowledgeable beyond his schooling. He looks for answers. I have never had an issue with the staff, in fact, I have commended some to the doctor because of their professional, kind and engaging nature.

I don't wonder why these people have so little stars. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but I had to with these people. EVERYONE was terrible. They don't know anything about anything. Save yourself by picking anywhere else.
