Yoga, of course, but also TRX with Elaine - her classes are challenging and a real workout with several series of exercises that keep changing at each session-, Shine with Julie - a fun danse cardio class- barre class with Sarah or Yoga sculpt with Jenna. “Amanda has been absolutely fantastic in helping me rehab from a brutally broken and dislocated ankle. Unlike some other PTs I have dealt with, Amanda does not use a playbook approach. She evaluated my condition, talked with me about my pain and work tolerances and my near term ambitions, and crafted an approach tailored to me. She adjusts that approach at each appointment, ensuring that I continue to make progress. She clearly knows her stuff, and regularly offers suggestions and gentle pushes that move my recovery forward. I’m currently biking and jogging way ahead of the timeline I thought I was dealing with, and expect to be running for real in short order. I wish there were more than five stars available.“
