I have been coming to see Sahar for about 3 months now. I’ve been to a lot of acupuncturists, but she is the best. I first went for a severe case of tennis elbow. It took a few weeks, but eventually, my tennis elbow completely went away without the use of cortisone!
Since that time, Sahar has also helped me with shoulder pain and a quick recovery from meniscus surgery, which I am convinced was because of her treatment.
In addition to acupuncture treatment, I have also gotten excellent advice from Sahar, particularly when it comes to nutrition, supplements and other ways to improve overall health.

She listens carefully and empathetically, and approaches her clients from a holistic standpoint, treating muscular issues with Gua Shah or a guided meditation or needling or nutritional advice, etc. I highly recommend Sahar.

I have been lucky enough to be going to Sahar for 2.5 years now - initially it was for TMJ, but now she is my go-to healer for any ache or pain. She has a vested interest in her clients, and knowing them holistically, which allows her interventions to address a multitude of factors at the same time. She is overwhelmingly intuitive and extremely knowledgeable. Just being in her presence lends you to feeling a sense of calm.
