The first plumber found Ron's(Bolivar) name on the hot water tank. Ron installed it nine years ago, clean work and no leaks. Not only did Ron call me back in less than two hours at the end of the day, his quote over the phone was $400 less than the one I had. Ron had availability within a few business days and three guys showed up five minutes early. What I thought was going to be a five hour job was done in a little over an hour. Fantastic service and I highly recommend them!“

“We woke up Christmas Eve morning and our heat was broken….It was absolutely frigid and approximately 20 degrees outside and only 40 degrees in the house; it was so cold in the house that you could literally see your breath, inside. We called Regan HVAC and although we were on hold for a little, when we got through, we spoke with Jessica, who was SO nice and understanding. As expected, they were absolutely slammed due to the winter storm the night prior. Jessica explained that they were really busy, but they’d send someone out ASAP. About an hour later, the technician Joe arrived at the house. He fixed the heat within 5 minutes and explained the issue in detail and offered solutions. Although, he couldn’t permanently repair the issue as he didn’t have the parts, he still made sure the heat was working before leaving. He said he had about 13 calls after us to go to, but he didn’t rush the repair and was very clear, patiently answering the questions we had. “We came home from a weekend in NH and temp. in my house was 52 deg. People we called were unavailable or didn’t answer their phone. Finally a plumber referred me to Connerney Plumbing. I spoke with Billy, the owner, and explained the situation. It was after hours around 5:30. Billy’s associate, Lewis arrived in 15 minutes. Diagnosed the problem, said I didn’t need a new boiler and said I just needed a new circulator pump. He had one in his truck and installed it after draining and refilling the water in the heat pipes. He then bled and removed the air out of 15 radiators. We had heat once again, a “triple miracle”: Someone answered the phone, someone came, and Lewis fixed it! Lewis could not have been more polite and friendly. Thanks Lewis and Billy. Heat is working great again!“
