Wonderful, compassionate veterinary care. My dogs have received excellent care from the staff and from the doctors for several years. They are knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate their concern for helping me choose care that is do-able financially. I am also very glad they have mask policies and other Covid protocols in place as I am high risk and could not take my pets elsewhere. Thank you WAC!

I love my vet! Dr. Pinsky and her team are knowledgeable, professional and kind. I've been coming here from Newton for almost 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. My 4 dogs have gotten excellent care here and I highly recommend Wayland Animal Clinic.

We were fired by the owner, Dr. Pinksky, for stating that we wanted to be in the room when our pets were examined by their veterinarians. Without any discourse, she said that this request was incompatible with being served by Wayland Animal Clinic and fired us on the spot. Wayland Animal Clinic's COVID policy is to drop off ones pet in the parking lot, have no conversation with the vet prior to the exam, then receive a call from the vet after the exam. For pets with acute medical conditions like ours, for whom having a dialogue with the vet is part of good veterinary care, this system simply doesn't work.
