I have been attending classes at Btone for over a year now and love everything about it! From the amazing, enthusiastic, and empowering owner, Suz, and all of the incredible instructors (special shout out to Steph, who also is a btone coach in Waltham), every class I have taken has been so rewarding, challenging, and fun. The studio is always immaculate and their attention to detail is unmatched. I always leave feeling like a better, stronger version of myself and I am so grateful to be a part of this community. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great work out, in a supportive and welcoming environment!

This studio is great! I’ve taken classes with a variety of instructors and always have a great time and workout. It’s fast-paced and a fun way to workout. I like the variety. The music is also always good!

One of the most efficient workouts I have ever done, especially in 45 minutes. As a runner/swimmer/hiker/skier--this strength training-toning is a great complement to any type of exercise. The classes fly by because you don't stop moving, the routines are different every day, and the instructors are fantastic. Doing Btone is helping me find muscles I have long forgotten about--especially in my core--and has quickly become a key part of my workout routine.
