ADAvet is, simply, the best. Every staff person is knowledgeable, professional, personable - and CARING. The principals have worked together for many years and easily and capably cover for each when necessary. Your pet - and you - will get everyone's full, welcoming attention from the "Hi, Bandit" to the "Bye, Daisy." Trust them. They are, simply, the best.
I really love the crew here at ADAvet in Wayland. Like most pet owners I want the best care. We have worked with all of the vets here and think that they are all great. Not only are the vets great but the front desk staff is consistent and has been there for quite some time which also says a lot to me about the practice itself. You never feel like a number here. When you call they provide you with efficient service and whenever I have called to be "fit in" for an issue, they bend over backwards to help. All of the staff at ADAVet have been so kind and patient with my nervous rescue dog. Having previously gone to Boston Veterinary Clinic that insists on drugging pets for even basic exams, I couldn't be more happy that we have found a clinic that practices good bedside manner rather than relying on medication to make our pets feel comfortable.
