    I'm constantly looking forward to my next class at Wu Dao. Shifu Lindsay Lambert is an excellent teacher with a broad range of martial arts expertise -- she often says that good Tai Chi is relevant to everything, mentioning principles of Choy Lay Fut, Sanda, Shuai Jiao, and other arts. The Tai Chi class environment is friendly and motivating, while also cultivating depth and seriousness when it comes to technique. It feels like the kind of training I want to be doing for a long time.
