Michael is excellent, thoughtful and an expert at locks. He worked with my schedule, arrived on time (within hours), communicated clearly on what can be done. He is extremely professional. Shared options on what can be done and provided clear rational for which one he recommend (not the most expensive but what makes most sense based on the situation). Highly recommend!

Mike was absolutely amazing. He was immediately responsive, very kind and informative on the phone, and prompt to schedule an appt get our keys changed throughout our house. He also was very thoughtful about what types of locks we should put in our home based on our family’s needs and even came back to replace a lock for one door that would be easier for my husband. We love this locksmith and Mike is the best!
