Dan and the team at Perfection are top notch. My first visit to them involved replacing a side mirror which they did flawlessly and for less than other quotes I had gotten. Today I brought my car to them after backing into something. I had gotten a quote from an auto shop closer to home, but didn’t want to spend $2000+. Dan took one look at it and told me “no big deal”. He fixed it in front of me in 5-minutes and refused to let me pay him! It’s so disheartening that the other shop was so willing to unnecessarily charge me $2K, but amazing to have found someone like Dan who is honest and helpful and not trying to rip anyone off!! I went to 3 places in watertown before coming to this place. Mike gave me a fair estimate and the car is absolutely amazing. The other places wanted to overcharge when they saw my bmw m550. This place made my experience straight fwd and fast. I even got a discount at the end! Will bring my bimmer back for every service and my wifes x5
