All of our accounting and taxes had been done by Paul T O’Reilly for over 10 years.

About 2 years ago we started to notice that responses to our questions were slow and required several reminders. Emails or calls with questions would not receive a response. We were having to chase and follow up several times. It was literally taking multiple emails and calls over the course of weeks to get a response.

We’ve moved on to another firm now and have had a much better experience.

Cannot recommend Paul T O’Reilly to others for this reason.

This was the worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had in my life. I received numerous requests for followup documentation. Sent about 5 emails requesting assistance and never heard back. Lost roughtly $200 as a result. This firm used to be good and now it's absolute gargage. DO NOT HIRE KAREN PARSHLEY!!!!!
