This job involved rebuilding the chimney, reroofing, and installing four Velux skylights. Coordinating with Richard and Diego was very easy — they were responsive, clear, and reliable throughout. The chimney work was subcontracted to Maguire Masonry, who did an outstanding job. We were pleased with every step of the process. I contracted NR to fix a rotted gutter 30 feet upon the roof. They came promptly and completed the job quickly, and as far as can be seen from ground level, professionally. Since I can't get up there, I asked only for their word that all 6 items on the contract were completed. Two days later, NR told me that one item was inadvertently missed. No problem, a day later they came back and completed the job. No way I would ever have known but for their honesty. Truly a pleasure to witness integrity, a rarity these days.
Company was quick to respond to a pricing request. Richard Melo arrived as promised, surveyed the job and then fully explained the products that would be used and the installation process. Proposal was delivered next day as promised including a list of references and the addresses of completed jobs which helped in my color selection.I was fully informed of the installation schedule and the crew arrived on time.
